How Ingrid shoots

• Shoots in the thick of a location, close to busy textured backgrounds.
• Bright direct on-camera flash fired straight at the model, even in daylight; hard flash shadow behind her.
• Compact 35mm point-and-shoot, 35mm lens, slightly above eye level, tilted a few degrees, about 2 m, framed a bit too tight.
• Blocking: catches the model mid-step as if she just walked into the frame; candid, slightly surprised.
• Look: flash-flattened skin with specular highlights, punchy colour, slightly overexposed, amateur-snapshot honesty, no retouching.
